🚀 Shipping Within Kenya

• Nairobi (Same-Day Delivery):
  Orders placed before 1 PM are eligible for same-day delivery within Nairobi.
• Other Counties (1–3 Business Days):
  Delivery to major towns outside Nairobi typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
• Remote Areas:
  Delivery times may vary slightly. We’ll always keep you updated via phone or email.

📦 Delivery Fees

• Nairobi:
  KSh 250 – KSh 500 depending on distance
  Free delivery for orders above KSh 11,000
• Other Regions:
  Rates depend on the courier partner and location. You’ll see the delivery cost at checkout.
• Note:
  If you prefer to use your own courier or rider, just let us know!

🚫 Undelivered Orders

If we are unable to reach you or complete delivery:

• If delivery fails a second time, the order may be returned to us, and additional shipping costs may apply.
